Read equipment and software manuals, help files and technical bulletins. Read sections of software manuals to learn about advanced procedures and improvements to upgraded versions. * Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively with users, colleagues, vendors, and management. Provide user guidance and technical training as required. * Prepare, monitor and adjust work schedules and analyze data on user support services provided. * Evaluate information technology needs and users' software needs. Review experience with a number of relevant software applications and make recommendations. * Perform majority of tasks independently and coordinate efforts with supervisors and co-workers to complete challenging repairs, assess the performance of work units and exchange information about new hardware and software. * ITIL and ITSM knowledge is preferred. Experience with the following is required: * Experience with Windows Server and Desktop administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, security management, and Hyper-V virtualization. * Experience with Microsoft Office, desktop and notebook hardware, and networking fundamentals. * Experience with Anti-Virus, SAN/NAS, and Microsoft 365 administration. * Excellent break/fix troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow technical procedures and instructions., * The employee will be occasionally exposed to outside temperatures. Occasional exposure to a hot environment (up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit). * The employee may push, pull, lift, carry and/or move items up to 20 pounds without accommodation, 60 pounds with accommodation. * Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. * Ability to perform fine motor skills, often repetitively (e.g., manipulate keys on a keyboard). * Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb (e.g., ladder, stairs), balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. * Able to work in confined or tight spaces (e.g., install wiring in ceiling or under a desk). * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus., * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * IT : 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 (Required) ## Description The IT Analyst will monitor and respond to complex technological control facility hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Provide primary interface with vendor support service groups or provide internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. May provide LAN server support. Require extensive knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware and software in a multi-protocol environment, and network management software. The role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and system issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business and manufacturing operations Responsibility * Provide Tier 2 technical support for manufacturing, business, and enterprise systems, including end-user devices, applications, network infrastructure, and production-related technologies. * Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through the Service Desk while minimizing disruption to operations. * Troubleshoot and support plant-floor technologies, including MES, industrial workstations, barcode scanners, label printers, and other operational technology systems. * Monitor system security, identify areas requiring attention, and implement appropriate IT security best practices. * Procure and support hardware, software, and IT services in accordance with company standards and procedures. * Collaborate with IT, department leaders, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical issues and determine system needs. * Support information security and TISAX audit activities, including evidence gathering, control validation, and remediation tracking. * Maintain required IT documentation and data controls, including procedures, work instructions, standards, forms, and related records., * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. * This position may require up to 10% travel. * Able to work overtime and weekends, if required. * Available after regular hours to participate in an "on-call" rotation.
