Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

5+ years IBM WebSphere Administration (tWAS / Liberty on Linux/UNIX)
Hands-on with server.xml, JVM tuning, bootstrap configs
Strong experience with Ansible + Git (automation & config mgmt)
Experience with IBM MQ / Middleware ecosystem
Proven ability in production support + root cause analysis
Experience working in enterprise, high-availability environments

Strongly Preferred

 * Jenkins / CloudBees / CI/CD pipelines
 * DevOps & Configuration-as-Code environments
 * Java debugging + SQL fundamentals
 * Middleware upgrades, patching, and deployments, * Requires hands-on technical depth (not managerial-only)
 * Must be comfortable with 24/7 support rotations if required
 * Must have strong communication + documentation skills, * Can diagnose complex production issues independently
 * Has worked in large, structured IT environments (not small teams only)
