* Hands-on experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge required
 * Experience processing and reconciling charitable gifts and donations
 * Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
 * Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets
 * Nonprofit development or fundraising operations experience preferred
 * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Process and reconcile fundraising gifts and donations while maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT
 * Perform high-volume data entry, reporting, and database maintenance to support fundraising operations
 * Work with large Excel datasets to clean, verify, and analyze donor and gift information
 * Ensure data integrity through ongoing quality control and attention to detail
 * Support development operations projects and participate in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities
