## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in machine translation (MT) platforms, translation management systems (TMS), and GenAI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, integrating, and optimizing scalable language automation solutions across global platforms.

This role requires a blend of AI/ML expertise, automation engineering, and deep familiarity with translation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

· Strong expertise in building and operating production-grade systems, with hands-on experience in APIs, AWS, security, state management, observability, and distributed failure handling.

· Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns, tool integrations and MCP (Model Context Protocol), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM evaluation frameworks.

· Hands-on experience with LangGraph and the ability to quickly learn and adopt emerging AI frameworks, tools, and framework-specific technologies.

· Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven translation and localization workflows, * At least 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or related roles

 * Strong hands-on experience with machine translation tools and TMS platforms
 * Working knowledge of:
 * GenAI and LLM-based translation workflows
 * NLP concepts and language processing pipelines
 * Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks
 * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
 * Strong understanding of:
 * APIs and system integrations
 * Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
 * Experience in Kiro/Vibe engineering principles and implementation
 * Ability to work with large-scale multilingual datasets, * Experience with custom MT model training or fine-tuning
 * Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques
 * Exposure to translation quality evaluation frameworks (BLEU, TER, etc.)
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

## Description

· Work extensively with machine translation platforms and tools such as:

 * Langweaver
 * Tradio
 * GTC
 * Other TMS/MT ecosystems

· Integrate GenAI-based translation models into enterprise workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency

· Develop and optimize automation pipelines for language processing and content localization

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, localization, and finance stakeholders

· Evaluate and improve translation quality, performance, and cost efficiency

· Build scalable solutions using API integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms

· Apply Kiro/Vibe engineering practices for system design, resilience, and performance tuning

· Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows and MT systems
