Other: * Analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and improving processes. * Curiosity, initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions independently. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, client-ready work on schedule. * Client-focused mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize technical findings for different audiences. * Ability to handle confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information with sound judgment and discretion, ensuring client and company data is protected. ## Description MarshBerry is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for our Beachwood, OH office. The Senior Data Analyst will translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external clients. This role combines hands-on data stewardship, detailed analysis, research and writing, and continuous improvement of the metrics, methodologies and tools that support MarshBerry's Intellectual Capital products and services. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, curious and client-focused, with an interest in learning deal transaction terminology and processes and private markets. This is a hybrid position. The identified candidate will work in the office Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Friday's.
