## About the Role

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent across the telecommunications and data center industries.

This is a full-cycle recruiting opportunity supporting both contract and direct hire placements on a fast-paced, high-volume desk. We're looking for someone who thrives in a recruiting environment, enjoys building relationships, and can effectively manage multiple openings while delivering an exceptional candidate experience., * 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience in either an agency or corporate environment

 * Experience managing a high-volume recruiting workload
 * Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building skills
 * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
 * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
 * Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office workspace, * Experience recruiting within telecommunications, data centers, infrastructure, construction, low-voltage, or other technical industries
 * Familiarity with contract staffing and direct hire recruiting models
 * Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter

## Description

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding
 * Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and direct hire opportunities within the telecom and data center sectors
 * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies
 * Partner closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand client needs and hiring priorities
 * Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
 * Conduct regular follow-up with placed candidates to ensure successful assignments and long-term engagement
 * Deliver a high level of responsiveness and communication to both candidates and internal stakeholders, * Fully remote work environment
