## Description

The Role As a Delegate Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and customer support to learners and a wider retailer network, acting as a key point of contact for queries and ensuring an excellent level of service is maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
 * Responding to general enquiries and providing accurate information and support
 * Providing Learner Management System (LMS) and general administrative support
 * Supporting the administration of technical training levels
 * Processing certificates and relevant certifications
 * Maintaining accurate learner, training and administrative records
 * Creating, following and maintaining internal processes
 * Supporting learners throughout their training journey
 * Working closely with the wider Delegate Support team
 * Attending meetings as required
 * Ensuring a professional and customer-focused service at all times

The position requires someone who can confidently provide support across telephone, email and face-to-face communication while managing multiple priorities.
