Exposure to an industrial environment would be an asset. * Technical Skills: Good knowledge of digitalization, reporting, and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or equivalent). Experience with artificial intelligence tools applied to business processes would be considered a plus. * Process Analysis & Improvement: Ability to understand operational needs, analyze information flows, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. * Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from needs identification through solution deployment and user support. * Data & Reporting: Strong capabilities in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance indicator development. * Innovation: Curiosity for emerging digital technologies and artificial intelligence, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and test high-value-added solutions. * Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work across functions. * Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and support change management initiatives. * Languages: Fluency in French is essential.
