## Description

* Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors und begleitest die Transformation von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live.
 * Du konzipierst und entwickelst Employee Central weiter und bringst Deine Erfahrung in die zukünftige Cloud-HR-Landschaft ein.
 * Du analysierst bestehende HR-Prozesse und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in passende SuccessFactors-Lösungen.
 * Du arbeitest an Integrationen und Schnittstellen zwischen SuccessFactors, SAP HCM und angrenzenden HR- und IT-Systemen.
 * Du begleitest Migrationen, Tests, Fehleranalysen und Go-Lives und unterstützt bei der technischen Umsetzung.
 * Du bist Sparringspartner für HR, IT und externe Implementierungspartner und bringst Deine Erfahrung bei Konzeption und Umsetzung ein.
