This is a customer-facing role, so we're looking for someone who thrives in direct contact with customers and enjoys building strong relationships with them. The ideal candidate has a background as a consultant, with a technical implementation or solutions engineering skill set. This role is based in Europe - either from one of our existing offices or fully remote - as this is where the majority of our customers are located. We are looking for someone who is happy to work flexible hours when needed to support different time zones, as projects involving customers in the US may also arise.
