Professional qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A STEM degree (Systems Engineering preferred). 4-12 years' experience in civil nuclear, defence, maritime or aviation systems engineering. Strong experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency with requirements tools such as DOORS, Cameo or Polarion. A background in hardware?focused systems (mechanical, electro?mechanical, sensors, radar, data fusion).Personal skills The Systems Engineer role would suit someone who is: Mechanically focused with strong practical systems engineering ability. Comfortable working independently and within small teams. Customer?focused with strong interpersonal skills. A strong problem?solver with excellent attention to detail. Keen to learn and develop within a
