NOC Engineers manage Incidents, and troubleshoot and resolve, both routine and complex Network, Hardware, and Operating System issues in a timely and efficient manner. This ensures Proofpoint maintains high levels of Production system Availability & Uptime for our Customers. Given the global nature of our Business, our NOC Engineers work in a rotating shift pattern, ensuring 24x7 coverage for the Business. This role will primarily support the hours of 06:00-19:00 GMT/BST.
