## Description

* This position provides support and ownership to the document control processes and training throughout the product life cycle, including development, sustaining and end-of-life
 * Control and manage the configuration changes throughout its lifecycle
 * Ensuring all components, versions, and changes are accurately documented and controlled
 * Enforcing change control processes to prevent inconsistencies and issues with system performance and functionality
 * Define the CM scope and plan
 * Maintain configuration management baseline of IT cloud and on-premises environments
 * Implement and maintain change management process
 * Gather and document requirements and metrics
 * Develop and improve processes
 * Establish and maintain documentation policies and procedures
 * Track and report project task status updates
 * Drive CM related project initiatives
 * Collaborate with internal and external teams
 * Verify and audit the configuration status
 * Improve and optimize the CM process and tools
 * Perform other duties as assigned
