This is a hands-on, end-to-end individual contributor role. The right person is a builder: they scope the problem, find the data they need without waiting to be handed it, design the solution, get it shipped, and measure the result. Responsibilities include: * Designing and shaping end-to-end UX for FASHIONPHILE websites and mobile apps including problem definition, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity design, engineering handoff, QA, and post-launch validation. * Creating comprehensive user flows for complex funnels, interactive prototypes for usability testing, and detailed engineering notes with conditional logic * Owning the ongoing optimization backlog for the Shopify storefront and app: identify friction, size the opportunity, propose and design tests, and drive them through to launch. * Sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting your own behavioral and performance data (Quantum Metric, GA4, Shopify Analytics) to prioritize work and demonstrate business impact. * Partnering directly with stakeholders/internal teams to scope and sequence work, resolve tradeoffs quickly, and keep delivery moving in a resource-constrained environment. * Designing within FASHIONPHILE's established brand guidelines and maintaining and extending the existing design system and component library for consistency across web and app. ## Related Videos - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - Markdown, Liquid and Checkouts](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1814-wearedevelopers-live-markdown-liquid-and-checkouts) - [Boost Productivity with AI: Figma & Playwright MCP Workflows - Aris Markogiannakis](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1768-boost-productivity-with-ai-figma-playwright-mcp-workflows-aris-markogiannakis) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [It’s easy to create a good looking product, but what about a useful one?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/743-it-s-easy-to-create-a-good-looking-product-but-what-about-a-useful-one) - [Teini - an extremely small webshop leveraging awesome and free tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/286-teini-an-extremely-small-webshop-leveraging-awesome-and-free-tech) - [Designing the Future of Human<>Agent Collaboration](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1447-designing-the-future-of-human-agent-collaboration) ## Related Articles - [16 Best Free React UI Libraries in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/148-16-best-free-react-ui-libraries-in-2025) - [Top 5 Web Design Trends for 2023](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/155-top-5-web-design-trends-for-2023) - [Dev Digest 133 - Back to Front](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/474-dev-digest-133-back-to-front) - [Top 7 CSS Frameworks in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/362-top-7-css-frameworks-in-2025) - [How Developers Can Focus on Maintaining Satisfaction With Accessibility](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/109-how-developers-can-focus-on-maintaining-satisfaction-with-accessibility) - [Web Developer Portfolio Inspiration and Examples - March 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/561-web-developer-portfolio-inspiration-and-examples-march-2025)
