What You Will Do Build Full-Stack Features Across the Platform * Design and implement Java/Spring Boot microservices powering core workflows and intelligent agent-based capabilities. * Build and evolve React interfaces within a modular, micro-frontend architecture. * Contribute to a TypeScript/Node BFF layer that aggregates and contextualizes data from multiple services. Shape Problems Before You Solve Them * Work directly with product stakeholders and manufacturing experts to define what a feature needs to do. * Ask the questions that surface edge cases, constraints, and unstated requirements. Own Architecture and System Design * Lead technical design for your squad's work, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and clean service boundaries. * Influence platform architecture as the product scales. Ship with Quality and Confidence * Own test coverage, QA collaboration, and production behavior. * Contribute to cloud deployments (AWS ECS/EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices.
