## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
 - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

## Description

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems., Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and performing maintenance tasks.

 - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
 - Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security.
