## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
 * Idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Client Management, IT Support, Workplace Support oder einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
 * Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und Betreuung von Windows Clients sowie im Client und Printer Management
 * Kenntnisse in Active Directory sowie in der Verwaltung von Fileshares und Zugriffsberechtigungen
 * Erfahrung im Patch Management und Asset Management
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Client Security sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Identity and Access Management beziehungsweise Identity Governance and Administration
 * Erfahrung im persönlichen Anwendersupport vor Ort sowie im Remote Support
 * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwendern
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, jeweils mindestens auf B2 Niveau

## Description

* Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender im Bereich Client Management und Workplace Services
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests im persönlichen sowie im Remote Support
 * Administration und Betreuung von Clients, Druckern, Active Directory und Fileshare Berechtigungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung im Bereich Identity and Access Management
 * Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Security und Compliance Anforderungen im Client Umfeld
 * Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Verwaltung von Patch und Asset Management Prozessen
 * Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Client Security
 * Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Behebung und Reduzierung von Feststellungen aus Audits
 * Eigenständige Kommunikation mit Anwendern sowie Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
