The successful individual will be a visible and inspiring change champion, able to create belief in the programme's benefits whilst balancing global consistency with local realities. Experience within regulated sectors such as Food, Pharma, Life Sciences or Manufacturing would be advantageous. ## Description Reporting to the SAP Programme Director, the SAP Transformation Manager will own the people side of a major SAP-enabled business transformation programme. This role will be responsible for ensuring colleagues across multiple countries and business units understand, embrace and adopt new ways of working, creating lasting organisational capability and sustainable business value., * Developing and delivering the programme-wide change, communications, engagement and business readiness strategy, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and SAP delivery milestones. * Building sponsorship, stakeholder commitment and local advocacy through effective engagement, communications, training and change networks across multiple geographies and cultures. * Measuring adoption, identifying barriers to change and ensuring the successful transition to standardised global processes without losing local credibility or stakeholder trust., This programme is far more than a system implementation.
