## Description

* Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen bei Kunden zur Entwicklung passgenauer ERP-Lösungen mit Sage
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Customizing von Sage ERP Systemen (z. B. Rechnungswesen, Warenwirtschaft, Finance, ERP Software)
 * Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Durchführung von ERP Projekten - von der Planung über die Implementierung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen, Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Handbüchern und Trainingsmaterialien
 * 2nd & 3rd Level Support, inklusive Fehleranalyse, Ticketbearbeitung und Systemoptimierung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Projektmanagement sowie aktive Koordination von Teilprojekten
