Desirable Skills * Commercial, procurement or customer-support service experience. * Experience of contracts, catalogues, frameworks or other route-to-market channels. * Experience developing service standards, KPIs or user-support models. Lead implementation of the LCP services strategy, translating strategic intent into practical service design, route-to-market, improvement and transition plans. Coordinate commercial, user-support and programme activity to improve customer experience and prepare services for sustainable business-as-usual ownership.
