## About the Role

* Previous experience in a 1st Line, 2nd Line, Desktop Support or IT Support role.
 * Wintel
 * Experience building, configuring and deploying laptops and desktops.
 * Experience installing, upgrading and supporting software applications.
 * Experience supporting user accounts, access requests and password resets.
 * Hardware and desktop troubleshooting skills.

## Description

1st Line IT Support Analyst

Location: Leeds 1 day per week (4 remote)

IR35: In scope

Rate: Band 5 (£160.20 - £201.40 per day)

Duration: To end of March 2027 initially

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring users receive timely and effective support across a range of desktop, laptop, mobile and Microsoft technologies.

Skills & Experience

 * Previous experience in a 1st Line, 2nd Line, Desktop Support or IT Support role.
 * Wintel
 * Experience building, configuring and deploying laptops and desktops.
 * Experience installing, upgrading and supporting software applications.
 * Experience supporting user accounts, access requests and password resets.
 * Hardware and desktop troubleshooting skills.
 * Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi.

Key Responsibilities

 * Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users.
 * Build, configure and deploy laptops and desktops.
 * Install, upgrade and maintain software applications.
 * Set up new starters and assist with equipment provisioning.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer and connectivity issues.
 * Perform hardware upgrades and device replacements.
 * Manage user accounts, password resets and access requests.
 * Work closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues.
