Preferred * Experience with desktop agent or endpoint monitoring software. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. * Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) as part of day-to-day engineering practice - this is how we build at TRG Screen. * Familiarity with spec-driven development - using structured specifications to guide AI coding agents, preserve architectural intent, and validate generated output (e.g. BMAD, GitHub Spec-Kit). ## Description We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to provide technical leadership across a TRG Screen product team. This is a hands-on role combining deep engineering expertise with ownership of technical direction, architecture, and delivery - working within a .NET-based full-stack environment that blends new feature development with improving and modernising complex, established systems. TRG Screen is an AI-driven engineering organisation, and this role is expected to champion that culture - setting the standard for how the team builds with AI and leading by example., Technical Leadership * Lead technical vision and architecture across the team - own decisions on technology stack, design patterns, and system design. * Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes. * Champion and role-model AI-assisted development across the team - driving adoption of AI tooling, spec-driven workflows, and responsible use of code-generation practices. Development & Delivery * Design, develop, and own complex full-stack initiatives, setting the standard for code quality and craftsmanship. * Conduct rigorous code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to clean code principles and design patterns. * Champion automated testing practices and ensure system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and optimisation. * Troubleshoot and resolve the most challenging technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
