This is a hands-on role for someone confident working independently, will hit the ground running, and is ready to take on a small amount of line management responsibility - you will oversee one direct report. A key part of this role involves managing printer and scanning hardware - from installation and configuration through to ongoing maintenance - so solid experience in this area is essential. Familiarity with PaperCut print management software is a real advantage.
