## About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Software & Data Engineer with strong experience across full-stack software development, SaaS platforms, data engineering and modern data-driven applications.

This is a founding-stage opportunity for someone who wants significant technical ownership and enjoys solving complex problems in an early-stage environment.

You will work across the technology stack, helping to design, build and scale the SaaS platform, while developing the data infrastructure, integrations and intelligent capabilities that underpin it.

As the company is currently pre-funding, this is initially an equity-based opportunity, with no salary available during the pre-funding phase. Following successful fundraising, the role is expected to transition into a paid full-time or part-time position, with continued equity participation., * Strong full-stack software engineering experience.

 * Strong data engineering experience, including data collecting, pipelines, integration and transformation.
 * Experience building SaaS applications.
 * Strong Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and database skills.
 * Experience with APIs, external data sources and cloud platforms.
 * Experience with AI/ML and AI-focused data engineering.
 * Collaborative, visionary and able to turn ideas into scalable solutions.
 * Excellent communicator and London-based.

ClimateTech, carbon emissions or sustainability experience is desirable.

## Description

Full-Stack SaaS

 * Build and scale the SaaS platform from the ground up.
 * Develop frontend, backend, APIs and integrations.
 * Design databases, architecture and cloud infrastructure.
 * Build secure, reliable and scalable software.

Data Engineering

 * Build data pipelines and data infrastructure.
 * Collect, integrate, transform and validate data from multiple sources.
 * Develop automated data ingestion and processing.
 * Design scalable data models and architectures.

AI & Data

 * Work with AI/ML and data-driven applications.
 * Prepare data for AI/ML and integrate AI capabilities into the platform.

Engineering & Product

 * Translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Work with the founding team on technology and product decisions.
