Technical skills matter, but we're equally interested in how you think, collaborate and communicate insights. We're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy engaging with stakeholders, understanding operational challenges and using data to influence decisions and outcomes. Permanent role - 37.5 hours a week Hybrid role with 2 or 3 days a week in Warminster Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level. What you'll be doing * Work directly with stakeholders to understand challenges, ask the right questions and identify opportunities for improvement. * Analyse training, safety and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable insights. * Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that support effective decision-making. * Turn data into compelling stories that help leaders understand performance and make evidence-based decisions. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardisation and improved reporting. * Present findings confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while retaining the freedom to investigate issues in depth. * Operate confidently in environments where requirements evolve and answers are not always obvious. * Champion evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
