We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, integrations, ITSM modules, and application development., * 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

 * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
 * Strong JavaScript programming skills.

 + UI Policies
 + UI Actions
 + ACLs
 + Scheduled Jobs
 + Notifications
 + Scripted REST APIs
 * Strong experience with Service Catalog

## Description

* Develop and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Configure and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
 * Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
 * Create and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog UI Policies.
 * Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
 * Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
 * Work with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP web services for external system integrations.
 * Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
 * Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and scheduled jobs.
 * Perform application development using ServiceNow Studio / App Engine Studio.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues, performance problems, and production defects.
 * Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
 * Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain upgrade-safe customizations.
 * Perform code reviews and ensure quality, security, and maintainability of solutions.
 * Work closely with business analysts, architects, administrators, testers, and other technical teams.
