 * 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
 * BA in Computer Science or related field
 * Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
 * Solid experience with Node.js and server-side JavaScript
 * Frontend experience with React.js and/or Next.js

 * Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
