## About the Role

* Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding met een sterke kwantitatieve component (bijv. Econometrie, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Health Care Management, Data Science of Medische Informatiekunde).
 * Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een ICM-team in een ziekenhuis.
 * Aantoonbaar expert in Excel (complexe modellen, macro's, scenario-tools).
 * Ruime ervaring met de ontwikkeling en het beheer van BI-dashboards (kennis van SAS en/of Power BI is een pré).
 * Kennis van en ervaring met ZIS/EPD-systemen (bij voorkeur HiX).
 * Ijzersterke analystische vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid, resultaatgerichtheid en een uitgesproken drive om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten.
 * Affiniteit en praktische ervaring met AI-toepassingen (zoals Copilot) is een pré.

## Description

Als Data- en Scenario-Analist ben jij het inhoudelijke "reken- en databrein" van ons team Integraal Capaciteitsmanagement. Je werkt nauw samen met onze 3 ervaren capaciteitsadviseurs. Zij richten zich op de strategische advisering en het stakeholdermanagement; jij zorgt voor de ijzersterke data-onderbouwing, scenario-analyses en processtandaardisatie.

Je richt je concreet op de volgende resultaatgebieden:

TPO-voorbereiding & Standaardisatie

Je verzorgt alle voorbereidende analyses, rapportages en presentaties voor de Tactische Planningsoverleggen (TPO's). Tevens pak je de regie op de verregaande automatisering en standaardisatie van deze voorbereidingen (onder meer door de inzet van Microsoft Copilot) om de doorlooptijd drastisch te verkorten.

Dashboardontwikkeling

Je bent de inhoudelijke aanjager en ontwikkelaar van de stuurinformatie en dashboards binnen ziekenhuisbrede projecten.

Koppeling Capaciteit & Finance

Je verwerkt de ziekenhuisbrede begroting naar concrete capaciteitsjaarplannen en legt de actieve verbinding tussen productie-capaciteitsdata, financiële data en BI-dashboards.

Datakwaliteit & Borging

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de datakwaliteit rondom capaciteit (o.a. bugfixing in de capaciteitsdashboards, afhandeling van HiX hotfixes en de validatie van spoedvoorspellingsmodellen).
