## About the Role

We are seeking an efficient, self-motivated, and highly organized Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack while receiving training and mentorship to grow into a Senior Full-Stack Developer role.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can independently understand requirements, write code, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions without relying on AI to generate or explain their code. You should have a strong foundation in programming and be comfortable learning and working with custom platforms and technologies., * Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to independently write and understand code.

 * Experience with or strong knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
 * Understanding of both front-end and backend web development.
 * Experience with databases and SQL.
 * Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
 * Ability to troubleshoot and debug code independently.
 * Ability to learn and work within custom and proprietary development platforms.

Important Requirement

Candidates must be able to program, understand existing code, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions independently without relying on AI coding tools. Preferred Skills
