## About the Role

We are looking for an Order Entry / EDI Specialist with strong customer service, organizational skills, and SAP experience to support sales order management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Previous SAP experience

 * Experience with sales order entry/order management
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Excellent organization and attention to detail
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment

## Description

* Process customer POs, sales orders, quotations, and order changes in SAP
 * Provide customers with pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
 * Manage service/repair orders and coordinate with internal teams
 * Monitor open orders, backlog, material availability, and shipments
 * Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Service, Shipping, and Operations
 * Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, returns, and customer issues
 * Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP
