This position will work with data from marketing, call center, sales, operations, customer management systems, and other business platforms. The Jr. Data Engineer will help ensure our data is accurate, organized, accessible, and useful for making better business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, and comfortable working with large amounts of data while learning new tools and technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Integration * Collect, organize, clean, and maintain business data from multiple sources. * Help build and maintain data pipelines and automated data processes. * Integrate data from CRM, marketing, call center, sales, scheduling, and operational systems. * Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inaccurate data. * Maintain consistent data structures and naming conventions. Reporting & Analytics * Support the creation of dashboards and reports for management. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. * Track key business metrics including leads, appointments, sales, conversion rates, marketing performance, and production. * Work with management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on schedule.
