This role leads and supports IT-related projects, system enhancements, testing activities, regulatory reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes that directly impact pharmacy operations and financial performance. The manager functions as a subject matter expert for pharmacy systems, pharmacy claims data, pricing methodologies, and reporting solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, support system implementations, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform root cause analysis, and ensure successful project execution. This position also supports inbound revenue allocation, financial reconciliation activities, regulatory reporting requirements, and ongoing process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare and pharmacy domain knowledge with technical expertise in data analytics, reporting, and IT project delivery, serving as a key bridge between business operations and technology teams.
