Owns the end-to-end EOL remediation lifecycle, including stakeholder coordination, capacity planning, migration strategy alignment, and progress governance, ensuring that greater than 90% of EOL remediation is achieved through migration to the new hyperconverged platform rather than rehosting on refreshed dedicated infrastructure. Task-level responsibilities include: * Partnering with platform and workload owners to identify, assess, and document EOL server inventory across all in-scope environments. * Developing and maintaining a comprehensive remediation plan and tracking mechanism for ~14,000 servers, aligned to quarterly and target-state milestones (Q1 2027). * Creating and managing capacity plans to support large-scale workload migration to the hyperconverged internal cloud platform. * Driving alignment with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure target-state platform adoption is the default remediation path. * Establishing and reporting on KPIs and progress metrics, with a focus on platform migration rate, residual bare metal remediation, and timeline adherence. * Identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively driving issue resolution across organizational boundaries. * Providing executive-level visibility through status reporting, dashboards, and escalation management.
