## About the Role

* Strong experience in IT or technology management, ideally within a small or medium-sized organisation.
 * Experience reviewing technology environments and identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
 * Good understanding of cyber security, Microsoft 365 and technology governance.
 * Experience managing and working with external technology suppliers.
 * Strong project, transformation or technology improvement experience.
 * Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and translate technical issues into clear, practical actions.
 * Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action plans.
 * Able to operate both strategically and hands-on, taking ownership and driving actions through to completion.

## Description

* Review the current technology set-up, suppliers, Microsoft 365 environment and cyber security position.
 * Identify key risks, issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
 * Develop and prioritise recommendations and an action plan.
 * Lead and coordinate technology improvement actions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
 * Provide trusted technology advice to the senior team.
 * Maintain oversight of technology risks, actions and progress.
 * Identify longer-term technology leadership, governance and capability requirements.
