## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Software Engineer building and scaling high-performance backend systems.
 * Experience working with modern AWS architectures
 * Strong understanding of observability, reliability engineering (SLIs/SLOs), and production monitoring.
 * Experience dealing with highly concurrent systems and A/B testing or experimentation platforms.
 * Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring and AWS.
 * Should have experience with Logs and Unit Testing
 * Role is 70% coding and would need to pass Hacker rank test
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
 * A product-minded approach: you care just as much about the customer experience as you do about clean code.
