Whether you've recently graduated or have a year or two of experience under your belt, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while helping us build a stronger data-driven culture., * You've recently graduated or have up to two years' experience in a BI, reporting, analytics or data-focused role.

 * You're confident using SQL and can write and understand complex queries.
 * You've worked with Power BI and enjoy creating visualisations that help people understand and act on data.
 * You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
 * You're able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
 * You're naturally curious, enjoy problem solving and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
 * You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.

## Description

Working as part of our UK Business Intelligence team, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting needs, build insightful Power BI dashboards, and help automate reporting processes that support smarter decision making. You'll use SQL and Power BI to turn complex data into meaningful insights, while working closely with our Data Management team to ensure key metrics are accurate, accessible and well documented. As we continue to develop our data and reporting capabilities, we're looking for someone who enjoys asking questions, spotting opportunities for improvement, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
