## About the Role

This is a 2nd line support role, ideal for someone with a strong background in an MSP environment who enjoys troubleshooting, taking ownership of issues and providing a high level of service to customers., * Strong experience in a Service Desk / Technical Support role within an MSP

 * Solid Microsoft knowledge across Windows, M365 and Azure
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications and networks
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users
 * Experience working with remote support tools
 * A Microsoft Associate level certification is essential
 * A proactive, customer focused approach with a strong sense of ownership
