* HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting IT, Bedrijfskundige Informatica of Informatiemanagement;
 * Ervaring met functioneel applicatiebeheer, business systems consultancy of een vergelijkbare rol;
 * Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365;
 * Begrip van API's, integraties en datastromen;
 * Affiniteit of ervaring met AI-toepassingen binnen bedrijfsprocessen;
 * Ervaring met Microsoft Copilot, AI-agents of vergelijkbare technologie is een pré;
 * Je werkt zelfstandig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht;
 * Je communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders;
 * Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels;
 * Affiniteit met fashion, retail en e-commerce is een pré;
 * Ervaring met POS-systemen, Business Central, Power Automate en/of AI-oplossingen is een pré.

## Description

* Functioneel en technisch beheren, ondersteunen en optimaliseren van ons POS-systeem, Dynamics 365 (CRM) en de financiële processen binnen Business Central, en het begeleiden van API-integraties tussen deze applicaties;
 * Aanspreekpunt zijn voor gebruikers, IT-collega's, leveranciers en externe partners;
 * Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en signaleren van kansen voor digitalisering en automatisering;
 * Vertalen van businessvraagstukken naar schaalbare technische oplossingen en geautomatiseerde workflows;
 * Zelfstandig uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten, van analyse tot implementatie;
 * Coördineren van testen en vastleggen van gebruikersdocumentatie;
 * Actief volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Automate en AI-technologie.
