## About the Role

* At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
 * Experience delivering technical, AV/IT, systems integration, installation or comparable project-based projects.
 * Demonstrated experience managing scope, planning, budgets, risks, changes and stakeholders.
 * Dutch and English language skills at professional working proficiency level (CEFR B2 or higher).
 * Experience working with Microsoft 365 and project planning or project administration tools.
 * Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands, Belgium and internationally when required by projects., * Bachelor/HBO degree in Business, Engineering, IT, AV, Project Management or a related discipline.
 * AVIXA CTS, PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Agile or comparable project management certification.
 * Experience managing international technical, AV/IT or enterprise roll-out projects.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable planning tools.
 * Additional European languages.

## Description

* I lead projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to successful handover.
 * I manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, quality standards, risks and change requests.
 * I coordinate Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Work Preparation, Installation and Service teams.
 * I act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
 * I organise project meetings, track actions, monitor progress and take corrective action when required.
 * I coordinate international colleagues, suppliers and installation partners across different countries and time zones.
 * I oversee installation and acceptance activities for meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration environments and international roll-out projects.
