## About the Role

* ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Master / Diplom (Uni)) im Bereich Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder verwandten Fachbereichen
 * fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungspraktiken und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Forschungssoftware
 * Erfahrung als Trainer im Bereich RSE und/oder HPC oder verwandten Bereichen und sind bestrebt, dieses Wissen weiter auszubauen
 * Darüber hinaus runden idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich High-Performance Computing und/oder mit mindestens einer der gängigen Programmiersprachen und -werkzeuge (z. B. Python, C++, FORTRAN, Go, MPI, OpenMP) ihr Profil ab
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2). Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
 * gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
