Exercises strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans. Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints, to meet the challenges of cloud operational environment. Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM.
