Who You Are: You are a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery-ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms. You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams, taking full accountability for outcomes. You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge.
