We're looking for a technically hands-on engineer who can drive platform transformation, lead infrastructure change, and support business-critical production environments. This role requires strong Azure expertise alongside solid VMware and on-prem infrastructure experience, with Terraform playing a key role in platform automation.

## Description

* Lead the design and delivery of hybrid platform and infrastructure changes.
 * Drive Azure platform modernisation and Landing Zone migration.
 * Manage Azure compute, networking, storage, identity and security services.
 * Maintain Azure/on-prem hybrid connectivity.
 * Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
 * Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
 * Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
 * Lead troubleshooting, incident resolution and root cause analysis.
 * Work with Architecture, Security and Engineering teams on platform improvements.
 * Maintain technical documentation and platform standards.
