This role requires deep collaboration with internal partners-including Operations, UX, and Technology-to ensure the product strategy reflects user needs, operational realities, and technical capabilities. The Product Owner manages and prioritizes the product backlog, establishes acceptance criteria, and guides the squad through the development lifecycle using Agile principles. They actively engage cross-functional partners to gather insights, validate requirements, and drive alignment on design, process improvements, and technical implementation. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization, and comfort challenging existing processes. The Product Owner ensures strategic alignment, identifies risks and dependencies, and brings the voice of the client into every phase of product development.
