Preferred * Experience managing rack integration ODMs or Professional Services/installation vendors in support of large-scale AI/GPU compute deployments. * Familiarity with data center commissioning timelines and how rack delivery integrates with installation, deployment, and verification schedules. ## Description IREN is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager, Rack Integration & Installation to own the sourcing that turns delivered hardware into a live, production-ready fleet. You'll cover two tightly linked pieces of that journey: managing the ODM partners that handle rack integration, and the installation services - including Professional Services for Installation, Deployment & Verification (IDV) of AI infrastructure racks - that get everything running. This is a high-energy, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on solving the last-mile problem at scale: owning the ODM relationships that deliver fully integrated racks, and negotiating the contracts, SLAs, and vendor capacity that keep racks moving from the loading dock to production without missing a beat.
