## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong SQL development expertise, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a software development background, strong analytical skills, and experience creating and supporting enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and Report Builder., * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

 * Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer (business analyst experience alone is not sufficient).
 * Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting reports using:
 + Power BI
 + Report Builder
 + SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
 * Advanced SQL expertise with the ability to:
 + Read, write, and modify complex SQL queries
 + Optimize SQL performance
 + Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues
 * Ability to quickly learn proprietary SQL-based tools and development processes.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
 * Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience creating and executing:
 + Test plans
 + Test cases
 + Test scenarios
 * Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 * Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

## Description

* Design, develop, maintain, and support business reports and reporting solutions.
 * Create and enhance reports using Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Report Builder.
 * Write, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
 * Analyze reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot data, report, and performance issues.
 * Learn and utilize proprietary SQL-based tools, processes, and development frameworks.
 * Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of reporting deliverables.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve reporting and data challenges.
 * Participate in testing activities to validate reporting functionality and accuracy.
