## About the Role

* College degree preferred but not required
 * A minimum of 2 years related work experience (including internships) such as Help Desk, End User Support, PC Technician, Device/HW troubleshooting.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Must be customer focused and willing and able to provide "white glove" service
 * Strong problem-solving skills
 * Detail-oriented, and able to follow and adhere to defined processes
 * Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while producing high quality results

Preferred Skills:

 * Demonstrates enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
 * Prior experience with imaging technologies such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit or Immybot preferred
 * Experience with PowerShell, VB, or similar scripting language preferred
 * General technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools and systems, * How many years of experience do you have (including internships) in such roles as Help Desk, End User Support, PC Technician, Device/HW troubleshooting?, * Bachelor's (Preferred)

## Description

* Communicate effectively and professionally via email, phone, and/or instant messaging with your colleagues and clients, including C-level and other VIPs, to translate client requests into technical results in a timely manner
 * Track and submit time accurately and consistently in accordance with internal processes.
 * Maintain and update configuration documentation
 * Utilize strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments and common applications to ensure systems are configured properly and consistently
 * Maintain imaging infrastructure, including but not limited to: preparation and deployment of new operating systems and line-of-business applications, and validation of new hardware models and deployment of driver packs
 * Receive inbound equipment deliveries and assist with packaging and outbound shipments as needed.
