## Description

We are currently looking individuals looking to begin a career in IT Technology, VOIP, and security systems. This technician will be trained to support businesses of various sizes in upkeep, prevention, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of everything from computers to network equipment, credit card machines, VoIP systems, Servers, Smart Devices and security systems.

Responsibilities of the technician include, but are NOT limited to:

 * Low voltage cable installations... CAT6, COAX, Siamese, Fiber, etc
 * Install and support network systems including routers, managed switches, firewall, and managed access points
 * Manage and install cloud based VOIP services and UCaaS
 * Install and support computer systems, specialized softwares, printers, scanners, and peripherals
 * Install and support Windows Server systems with Active Directory
 * Manage antivirus and other computer security softwares to protect customer systems and data. Provide quick and effective support and correction in the case of any events.
 * Manage and monitor backup systems.
 * Travel to and from job sites as well as work remotely from our office.
 * Provide installation assistance and support for CCTV NVRs and DVRs
 * Manage projects with careful planning and implementation
 * Manage the proper documentation of job, ticket, and customer data in a secure and accessible manner
 * Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and online in every customer interaction
 * Sell managed services, equipment, and software as beneficial to the customer
 * Study for and obtain CCTV Technician License
