## About the Role

* Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs or transformation initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, engineering platforms, and technical architecture.
 * Experience with AI/GenAI, AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, or developer productivity initiatives.
 * Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across engineering, product, design, and leadership teams.
 * Experience defining and managing program metrics and productivity KPIs.
 * Strong change-management, communication, and organizational transformation experience.
 * Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
 * Fintech, financial services, payments, or other high-integrity transaction environment experience is a plus.

## Description

* Lead large-scale AI/agentic development transformation programs across engineering, product, design, architecture, and platform teams.
 * Translate AI strategy into roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
 * Drive adoption of AI development tools such as Claude Code CLI, Cursor, and AI-powered code review, build analysis, and artifact-generation solutions.
 * Partner with architects and engineering teams to support AI-ready services and platforms, including exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP).
 * Establish and track program KPIs, including adoption, developer engagement, development cycle time, and productivity improvements.
 * Lead change management, training, communications, and enablement to drive sustained adoption.
 * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and provide executive-level reporting.
 * Capture successful AI workflows, prompts, and practices and scale them across the organization.
