## About the Role

* High school diploma or G.E.D.
 * A minimum of three years of experience with CNC Equipment.
 * Experience with nesting or programming.
 * Associates degree in design/drafting preferred.
 * Knowledge of drafting standards and manufacturing processes.
 * Skill using CNC software and JD Edwards.
 * Demonstrated skills in attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Skill in written and oral communication with the ability to interface with people across multiple functional areas.
 * Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships across functional areas.

 * Ensure production schedules are met.
 * Work with and provide technical assistance, problem solving and training where needed to the operations or engineering support teams.
 * Work with the operators on fabrication issues.
 * Recommend potential improvements related to day-to-day operations, tooling and equipment.
 * Update part information in JDE or other similar business system.
